Name: China International Cultural Industry Fair(Shortened to "Cultural Fair")
Aim: This is the only international fair to encompass all Chinese cultural industries at a national level.

The 1st edition of the fair was held from 18th to 22nd November 2004: 700 businesses participated, including 102 from over 50 countries and regions.
The exhibition surface spanned over 43,130 m².
The 2nd edition of the fair was held from 18th to 21st May 2006: 1,505 businesses from over 30 provinces, municipalities and 32 foreign cities.
The exhibition surface spanned over 105,000 m².
967,700 professional exhibitors and visitors from 46 countries and overseas regions
1,919 cultural projects signed, with transactions amounting to 27.54 billion RMB yuan, 35.71% of these transactions were made with foreign businesses
The 3rd edition was held from 17th to 20th May 2007: 1,639 businesses and institutions participated.
18,508 million exhibitors and visitors, of which 38,000 were national professional visitors and 9,500 were foreign professional visitors

Description of this 4th edition:
The exhibition centre is divided into 8 exhibition halls:
1) China cultural industries projects trade hall
2) performance industry hall
3) digital movies, television, animation and video games hall
4) creative design hall
5) painting and calligraphy hall
6) international cultures hall
7) press and publishing hall (books, audiovisual publications and e-publications)
8) Fine arts hall
New features: special creation of an international cultures hall destined to promote and exhibit images and cultural politics of exhibiting countries and regions, to exhibit and sell quality cultural products and projects (artwork, tourism resources, creative design and creation, fine arts, publishing and broadcasting, educational achievements, performance projects, cultural heritage, cultural facilities and installations, etc.)
Exhibitor profiles: The fair is designed for all personalities and institutions worldwide interested in the development of Chinese cultural industries, cultural manufacturing businesses, creative design businesses with cultural flair and agencies and personalities involved in exhibiting and selling cultural products.
