This certification procedure is aimed at groups of businesses working together on an export development project under one legal framework (i.e. a limited liability company, a public limited company etc.). It can be accompanied by financial aid of up to 20,000 € per consortia and amounting to up to 50% of eligible expenses.
Conditions
Cinq conditions permettent de bénéficier de l’accréditation et de l’aide financière :

2) Use of the services of one or more international guides to assist with setting up the consortia and its operations, if none of the group's members have export-related skills. These guides can be private consultants, local chambers, professional organisations, French chambers abroad, international guidance companies, etc.
3) The businesses in the consortium must be involved in trade, arts and crafts and services (excluding the agricultural and food industry and financial and real-estate activities)
4) Each consortium must include at least 2 "independent SME" businesses (if it has under 250 employees and its turnover is under 50 million euros), excluding guides. The total annual accounts for the SME must not exceed 43 million euros with a share capital that does not exceed 25%.
5) The group must be either an association, economic interest group, public limited company or limited liability company, but it can also have been established over the past six months.
